These appointment are the next steps to continuing to improve your Hgb A1C% and taking less medication? This service is for you. Meet weekly with a dietitian. Must have completed new client appointment first before scheduling follow-up appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Clients can reschedule at no cost. There is no refunds for cancellation less then 2 days and for no shows.
